UPC 500 CLASSIC OPEN-CELL
Open-cell spray foam is a light-density polyurethane foam that delivers a superior, custom-fit air barrier. When applied, the foam instantly expands more than 50x to fill every nook and cranny. Open-cell foam excels at absorbing sound, creating a quiet and comfortable indoor environment. Open-cell foam is generally applied to above-ground interior walls, ceilings and the underside of the roof. UPC has three flagship open-cell products all manufactured in our state-of-the-art ISO 9001:2015 factories.

UPC 2.0 HFO CLOSED-CELL
Closed-cell spray foam is a medium density, rigid polyurethane foam that provides an excellent air, vapor and moisture barrier. It is used in interior and exterior applications, both above and below grade. Closed-cell foam typically has improved thermal conductivity and air sealing over traditional insulation types. It can increase structural integrity due to higher physical properties like compressive and tensile strength. UPC has four flagship closed-cell products to meet virtually any insulation challenge, all manufactured in one of our state-of-the-art ISO 9001:2015 factories.

JM Corbond IV
JM Corbond® IV closed-cell spray polyurethane foam (SPF) is a next generation HFO blown, two-component, Class 1 rated, medium-density, SPF insulation system. JM Corbond IV is designed to insulate commercial, residential, and industrial buildings. The HFO technology allows JM Corbond IV to be produced with a low Global Warming Potential (GWP) and with an Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) of zero. Its high yield, superior thermal and moisture performance, and exceptional sprayability and adhesion make it an ideal choice for high-performing energy efficient buildings.

JM Corbond III
JM Corbond III SPF is a premium, high-yield spray polyurethane foam building insulation. The product is generated onsite by combining an isocyanate and a polymeric resin through a dual-component proportioner. Fast, easy and adaptable, it can be applied at temperatures as low as 20°F and can achieve R-21 with only 3 inches of materials in a 2×4 stud cavity. JM Corbond III SPF is well suited for residential, commercial and industrial applications. As one of the most advanced insulation solutions, it offers climate isolation between indoor and outdoor environments.

JM Corbond OC
Johns Manville Corbond® Open-cell Spray Foam is a lower density, nonstructural insulation that offers an R-Value of R-3.8 per inch. It delivers high yield, minimizes sound transmission and virtually eliminates any air leakage. It’s designed to improve energy efficiency for a wide variety of residential, commercial and industrial applications and can act as an effective air barrier.
