AIS (Appalachian Insulation Supply, Inc.) uses FedEx for shipping Non Freight items. All shipments follow the terms and conditions outlined in the FedEx Shipping Terms and Conditions which can viewed HERE. All orders from AIS are shipped FedEx Ground. Some items are unable to be shipped due to size or weight restrictions. These items are available for pickup at one of our branch locations Monday through Friday from 8:00am till 5:00pm. Our current Transportation Fee (which includes fuel surcharge) will be reduced
for all deliveries on May 7, 2023 and thereafter. The Transportation fee is
calculated on invoice total before taxes and fees, as follows:
